Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay with your desired creditcard.

I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?!

There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.

How long does shipping take? 

Due to high order volume, at this time shipping may take up to 2 weeks for U.S. orders and up to 5 weeks for International orders. 

My order status is completed but I don’t have my order?

This simply means that the order has been processed and shipped, essentially the order has been “completed” from our end and is now on its way to you!

Can I cancel my order? 

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

There is a missing item in my order/I've received a defective item, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact us here and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
